Membership Types:
Online Member:
This package includes a monthly subscription to PT&C’s fitness program, which is exclusively online, and does not grant access to our physical gym.
Online members receive full access to the Trainerize App, featuring personalized workouts, an assigned trainer, and 24/7 app access.
Price: $35 per month.
DISCLAIMER: NO PT&C GYM ACCESS.
Day-Time Member:
This membership package provides gym access during office hours, from 9 am to 5 pm.
It includes a 1-Week free Trial of the Trainerize Powered PT&C App workout program.
Price: $50 per month.
If you start Personal Training with one of the PT&C Trainers, this membership fee is replaced, and you will be upgraded to a 24/7 Access Membership package.
24/7 Access Member:
The 24/7 Access Membership Package offers around-the-clock gym access, all year round.
It also includes a 1-Week free Trial of the Trainerize Powered PT&C App workout program.
Price: $80 per month.
If you start Personal Training with one of the PT&C Trainers, this membership fee is replaced.
Personal Programming Member:
This membership package includes a yearly subscription to PT&C’s fitness program powered through the Trainerize App.
Members enjoy full app access with personalized workouts, an assigned trainer, and one session each month.
Price: $120 per month.
Additional Rules and Policies:
No Refunds: PT&C Gym does not offer refunds for membership fees.
Access Policy: PT&C Gym reserves the right to grant or deny access to the gym premises, programs, and services based on membership type and adherence to the rules.
Behavior: All members are expected to conduct themselves with respect and courtesy towards fellow members, employees, and gym property. Disruptive or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated.
Hygiene: Proper personal hygiene is essential. Please use the provided sanitization stations and adhere to the gym’s hygiene guidelines.
Equipment Usage: Members must use gym equipment as intended and are not allowed to bring in personal equipment without prior approval.
Safety: Safety is a priority at PT&C Gym. Please exercise caution, especially when using free weights and other potentially hazardous equipment.
Animal Policy: Only service animals actively performing their duties and on-duty law enforcement animals are permitted on the premises.
Damage Liability: Members are responsible for any damage they cause to gym property. The cost of damages must be covered by the member.
By becoming a member of PT&C Gym, you agree to abide by these rules and policies. Failure to comply may result in membership termination without a refund.

PT&C Gym offers several membership types to cater to your fitness needs. Please read and select the membership that suits you best:
1.1 Online Member:
Description: The Online Membership Package includes a monthly subscription to PT&C’s fitness program, which is entirely online and does not grant access to our physical gym.

Understanding access control and proper facility usage is essential for a smooth experience at PT&C Gym:
12.1 Membership Card:
As a member, you are required to present your membership profile on the PT&C APP, whether on your phone or tablet, to access the gym. This is mandatory for entry.
12.2 Picture Verification:
To verify your identity at member check-in, we will take your picture for your membership. These photos are not displayed on membership cards.
12.3 Personal Belongings:
Small, personal items can be brought to fitness and studio areas in a small cinch-type bag (12″ X 16″ or smaller). Larger bags, outdoor shoes, and personal belongings must be stored in lockers.
12.4 Lost or Stolen Property:
PT&C Gym is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged property, whether from lockers, vehicles, or other locations on the premises. Inquire at the Front Desk for lost articles.
Section 13: Photography and Videography
Understanding our policy on photography and videography is important for the privacy and comfort of all members:
13.1 Photography and Videography:
Personal photography and videography are allowed only in public areas of the club or at Life Time sponsored or affiliated events.
Photos and videos should not include other members without their prior consent.
13.2 Professional and Commercial Photography:
Professional and commercial photography and videography on PT&C Gym premises or at affiliated events are not allowed without prior consent from PT&C Gym Corporate Communications.
Section 14: Wireless Network, Food, Alcohol, and Litigation
Understanding our policies related to our wireless network, food, and alcohol is crucial for a pleasant experience at PT&C Gym:
14.1 Wireless Network Usage:
By accessing the PT&C Gym wireless network, you agree to the following terms:
You will not use the network to transmit material that violates laws, rules, or regulations.
You will not defame, harm, threaten, or attempt to harm other persons or entities.
You will not infringe on copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, or other proprietary rights.
You will not violate network security or integrity or the security of other networks.
Use of the wireless connection is at your own risk, and PT&C Gym disclaims all liability for the loss of confidential information or resulting damages. The service is provided “As Is.”
By using the wireless service, you agree to indemnify PT&C Gym, its officers, and agents against all claims, demands, losses, damages, costs, and expenses arising from your use of the wireless service. PT&C Gym will not be liable for any damages arising from your use of the service.
14.2 Food Policy:
You may not bring outside food into PT&C Gym, with the exception of clear, non-alcoholic liquids in closeable, unbreakable bottles.
14.3 Alcohol Policy:
Consumption of alcohol on PT&C Gym premises is only allowed if purchased from or provided by PT&C Gym in designated areas. You must be of legal drinking age and have valid identification to consume alcohol.
14.4 Drugs and Alcohol:
As part of the arbitration clause in this agreement, you acknowledge and agree that any disputes or claims arising from your PT&C Gym membership will be resolved through binding arbitration, rather than in court. This includes any claims related to injuries, membership termination, or any other disputes.
