  1. Consistency in going to the gym is difficult when your job requires your schedule to shift at a moment’s notice and you wera a suit. Hard to get down and knock out a set of pushups when you’re in a button down and slacks. Also, when I get home, I like hanging out with my family, so I don’t want to leave once I’m there. That’s why I go to the gym before I go home.
