There is a lot of fluff, pizzazz, and hoora displayed in the fitness industry that is false information. and I am the FIRST one to call them on it when I see it. My mission is to fight against
mal-information,

ignorance
taught by others in my field. I know that may seem harsh – but there are fitness “professionals” that knowingly spread what is believable and attractive, yet false. And it’s a button of mine.
The less harsh side is the individuals in my field that are still learning. They believe what they preach but they are misguided and are seen as an authority figures in the health and fitness space. I hope they continue their journey and become outstanding Leaders in the fitness space.
