Fake trainers

I’m so glad I’ve built a fitness community that has no fluff.

Facebook group link here

Every time I join a fitness fb group it’s full of so much bs, main stream style fitness marketing, 0 explanations on the science behind things; just: IF YOU WANA GET RIPPED IN 30 DAYS TRY THIS HACK!!! BLARGGGGG.

It’s ridiculous and exhausting. And it’s terribly inaccurate.

All of these fitness Wanabes on tiktok and hired models on Instagram boasting about thier fitness regimine that is no where near appropriate for the public and have 0 understanding about genetic favoritism in thier own bodies, thinking they have the answer just because anything they do works for them, and they think they have found the kraby patty formula.

They get high on the view counts and the likes, the money they get from owning these accounts with millions of views, and I can personally, and professionally, tell you that 90% of it is bs.

Total bs. And I do stand against them. Entirely.

I’m not bashing in order to make myself and my company look good.

But what I will say is this. My job is not to sell you training and a gym membership.

My job is to know the truth and understand the hard parts for you, and then explain it in a way that specifically relates to you.

My job is to not give you a blanket statement saying that this 1 TRICK YOUVE BEEN MISSING is what will be the transfer to a better Life.

I do not sell the pill method

I sell work

It is work. The only way to get you to your goal is through work. And it’s not just physical, it’s mental. Without understanding the intricacies of fitness and health you will need me forever.

I will never go to the dark side and start bsing people. I will choose reap science, real experience, real application, real knowledge to my clients and in what I post.

The wanabe instafamous trainers really do drive me up a wall. Here is what to look out for:

1. Do this workout instead of this workout
Explination: Every workout is appropriate. It’s the intended result that matters. If you are just starting and are scared of Free-Weight squats, use a leg press or smith machine. It’s not wrong if you go into a gym and lift something. If you want to enhance your stabilization and get good at a squat, and have the body that reflects a body that is good at the squat, then (when you’re ready) switch over to squats. Until then, you are still lifting on a smith machine. And don’t let anyone tell you otherwise.

2. THIS SIMPLE TRICK/HACK/TREND
Explination: it’s all garbage click bait designed to boost their views and social media. Don’t listen to a single word of it. ESPECIALLY because most of it is based off of a part of a part of a part of a study that works for their agenda. There are no simple hacks. Nothing about fitness is simple.

3. TOTAL BODY TRANSFORMATION IN XX DAYS
Explination: no. Just don’t waist your time. If they have that as a title of a program they have 0 idea of what they are doing and they are just trying to draw you in.

4. Fad diets.
Explination: No diet works. Not for weight loss. Diets are for people with chronic illnesses and mental deformities. If you’re trying to lose weight, raise your metabolism and learn about nutrition. You have to workout. That’s not optional. If you don’t you’ll lose muscle and fat and be the same, if not more, fat percentage while being a lower weight. You just dropped your immune system, muscle, and hormones, and your metabolism is now trash. Gain muscle, eat more of the good stuff, including complex carbohydrates, and boost your metabolism.

This stuff gets me to a point of actually being mad lol. I can’t stand the amount of HIGHLY BELIEVEABLE false information out there and it creates common knowledge confusion. If you have questions, read my blogs, contact me, I always text for free. I will answer anything you ask.
